Evocative LLC (“Evocative Property Media,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and client bookings, and how we use it. We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, phone number, and property address, when you request a quote or book a shoot. We use this information to schedule and deliver photography services, process payment, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: You may reschedule your shoot at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot, or no-shows, are subject to a fee of 50% of the booked session rate. If we are unable to deliver usable images due to an error on our part, we will offer a reshoot or a full refund, at your choice. Refund requests should be sent to hello@evocativepropertymedia.com within 7 days of delivery.
